sounds good to me. Lets contact Fred and check on his availability. He did tell me that he found a place in New York and is in the process of relocating up here from Florida. If Don Horn is back from Wyoming, we should meet at Pal's Cabin. If not, we can schedule a venue at an old watering hole in NYC.

Fred would love to shoot for some time in late August, maybe the 22nd or 29th. If not, how about the middle of September?
Best wishes, Fred.

It looks like the round table won't be meeting in August. Except for 12 Sep I'm OK for a Saturday in September.

Is anyone out there interested in joining me for a get-together of the New York City Roundtable, Saturday, January 9, 2010? Place to be determined.
Best wishes, Fred.

Billy,
Will you send out the e-mails? Steve, Charles, Joe, Ray, Don?
The usual time... noon [is there a divide to cross?]... and any suggestions as to place?
Best wishes, Fred.

Fred, I will send out the emails to the 'usual suspects'. I think Don's place would be best this time out (West Orange, NJ) if he is in the area. I can give you a ride there if need be. If that doesn't work, we can meet up in Manhattan. Bill

I'm OK for the 9th, but not the following weekend. Anywhere will do, but I'd have to hitch a ride to Jersey.

Billy,
I will be there on the 9th. I will be coming down from upstate New York, however, so can you make arrangements to give Ray a ride? I just got a letter from Don and he is looking forward to seeing us on the 9th... have you made those arrangements?
I hope some others can make it as well.
Ray,
I mailed a small package today to you. It was an article on chronometers. And I won't forget the maps. Drool on, my friend, drool on!
Very best wishes, Fred.

The address is: 265 Prospect Ave., West Orange, NJ. Directions can be found at: www.palscabin.com I will bring along Ray as well as Mark Wilson (visiting from California) and his sister Carol. keogh

There were six of us at this little shindig, and it lasted longer than usual... some 4 hours, I believe. I enjoyed meeting Mark Wilson... again. And Don is a very, very gracious host. As usual, it was a great time.
Now we look forward to the next one.
Best wishes, Fred.

Hey! Let's get a Round Table cranked up!! There is lots to talk about and I would like to see if we can get "bandboxtroop" and "benteen" there.
Is August better than, let's say, the second half of September?
September may be best because vacations will probably be over and it gives us more time to plan for an open date. September 18th or 25th?
Let's hear it, you bums!
Best wishes, Fred.
