Would be neat to use with a member actually at the battlefield, especially if you could upload pics.
I wonder what the connection is like out at the Battlefield park?

Has anyone tried this? I was wondering if it was worth the $2.99 to be able to browse and post from work easier.

The offer comes up all the time on my phone but the last time I looked at the reviews, there were a bunch of bad ones talking about problems with it. Who wants to pay for buggy software. bc

Has anyone tried this? I was wondering if it was worth the $2.99 to be able to browse and post from work easier. I'll pass too. The ProBoards I open on my iPhone seem to be just fine. I'd guess the app helps format it a little better (and probably provides bigger buttons to do things like open the next/last/specific page of a multi-page thread), because I have to rotate 90 degrees, then zoom a little to be able to read it. But it's not as if the forum is not viewable for me in the Safari browser. If it were free I'd have given it a shot by now, but I rarely buy apps unless they're a necessity. And given that the site loads/functions rather well for me in the iPhone browser...
