"Custer Country, Inc. welcomes you to our tourism region of Montana, comprising 36,500 square miles, having 360 miles of interstate highway, 950 miles of paved state roads and who knows how many miles of county roads. There are about 250 miles of Yellowstone River in Custer Country, as well as Big Horn, Little Bighorn, Musselshell, Powder and Tongue Rivers. It contains four segments of the Custer National Forest and two Indian reservations. Custer Country, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a board of directors including three representatives from each of the thirteen counties involved and one representative each from Crow and Cheyenne tribes. Our purpose is to promote tourism and travel activity in the area by making you , our visitors, aware of what there is to see and do in Custer Country and what businesses and facilities are here to accommodate you."
