I haven't got a clue but when you go, don't mention water rights, contaminated water, Federal funding or politics. I would suggest that you enquire what is happening with the half a billion water rights settlement and where it is. ps The bankhas stopped honouring payments.

Ahem - In curiosity with the Jacob Hetler posts I wondered who took a hostile's scalp during the valley retreat. I believe that Billy Cross did but was unaware of a soldier doing this. Looks like it was John W. Williams of Company G, promoted corporal on 25th June 1876, on Reno Hill. There is an undated interview by Walter M. Camp with BYU's Perry collection and in hunting for a digital record, I bumped into this photograph.
